Each sponsorship level (Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Green) also entitles your company to additional individual chapter memberships.

Event Sponsorship

To increase your organization's visibility still further with our membership, consider becoming an Event Sponsor. The Kansas City Chapter offers 10 to 12 event sponsorship opportunities each year. As a regular program sponsor, you and your organization gain an exclusive opportunity to reach key decision makers about the green aspects of your products and services.

The cost varies per event. Please visit the EVENTS section on this site and/or contact Kevin Pinkowski for information about upcoming USGBC event sponsorship opportunities.

It's easy to become a sponsor:
  1. Apply online, using our secure Online Sponsorship Form and pay with any major credit card.
  2. Or download the USGBC-KC Sponsorship Application (PDF) and mail with a check made payable to "USGBC-GKC Chapter" to : P.O. Box 414076, KCMO 64141-4076
Upon receipt of your application and payment, we will contact you for your logo, link to your Web site and to get your company representatives set up with their local chapter membership.

Organizations are also encouraged to become national members of the U.S. Green Building Council. Reference the "Greater Kansas City Chapter" on your application, and a portion of your national dues will come directly to our chapter here in Kansas City! It is important to understand that only members of national USGBC receive discounts on LEED workshops, LEED Reference materials and Greenbuild.
